I brought my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change & tire rotation and James in Service was very efficient. I decided to go into the showroom and Rich Riccitelli asked me if I have any questions while looki rotation and James in Service was very efficient. Rich answered all my questions patiently and made the transaction very pleasant. Tara Mullins explained the functions of the Crosstrek in detail and told me to call her anytime if I have any problems figuring out the info system. James, Rich and Tara are all an asset to World Subaru in Tinton Falls and they surely will have my future business. More

This is our second Outback from World Subaru. Salesman George Notte has taken care of us for both sales. He was great for both purchases. I went into World Subaru this past November and Fred Cole helped me get a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek that was certified pre-owned but practically new....and I LOVE IT. I had never driven or owned a Subaru, and re helped me get a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek that was certified pre-owned but practically new....and I LOVE IT. I had never driven or owned a Subaru, and really didn’t think I’d buy one. But Fred listened to what I already knew I wanted and helped me to find the best deal possible. No xx. Fred was even gracious enough to pick me up from Enterprise and drive me to the dealership on the day of pickup. And Tara Mullins showed me how to use all of the tech in my new vehicle (I was previously in a 2015 Toyota Camry) and patiently answered all my questions. I normally dread dealing with salespeople, but everyone took care of me. Highly recommend this dealership. Go in and ask for Fred. More
You have a top employee over in oil and tire Rotation. I was going to leave citing price and time restraints but with the lightest touch addressed all my issues and made thee Sale.
