Dennis, the salesperson, was extremely helpful by not pushing me to make a decision. He volunteered to carry my heavy equipment from my car to see if it would fit in to the Forrester. He explained the new car in detail. Besides Dennis, the manager,financial person and delivery person stayed long past closing to finish the details of the transaction. Even after I leased it, the next day Dennis explained some of the features that I didn't understand. When I returned 3 days later to put on door guards Dennis was friendly and concerned that I was happy with my Forrester. Nicloe the Delivery Specialist again took the time to explain the features and to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership. This is my first Subaru and I love it and the dealership. More

Awesome experience I started my search for my Outback online and worked directly with Kristy Liberti. She was so helpful and always returned all of my emails, which kept I started my search for my Outback online and worked directly with Kristy Liberti. She was so helpful and always returned all of my emails, which kept me engaged. Kristy introduced me to a sales associate, Dan Greco. Dan was another breath of fresh air. I did all my homework as far as trade-in value, finance rates and terms, so I was pretty confident on how I wanted the deal to go. I laid out everything to Dan and he was completely transparent with everything. Very refreshing. No games what so ever. Once the terms were agreed on the finance associate, Mike Warnock, laid lout the warranty options and answered all my questions. Then we knocked out the signatures and the car was mine. The dealership also had a delivery specialist, Nicole Sciamarelli, who took her time and showed me how everything worked - that was awesome. This entire experience was awesome. Thank you all! Leased an Outback!! Prior to our visit, I spoke with Dan Greco. He accommodated us by having 2 of our choice colors pulled to the front of the dealership. Upon meeting Dan up front, he was pleasant and friendly. After our test drive, we sat for a while discussing features and price. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made the leasing process as painless as possible! :) After our deal was made we spoke to Frankie in Financing. He, too, was pleasant and explained everything very clearly. We next met with Nicole Sciamerelli, who sat with us in the car and explained the features of the navigation, radio, phone, lights, etc..... She was patient and seemed to know everything about the car! This really was the best car leasing experience we have ever had......and we have had many over the years! A++ for all involved! More

World Subaru is a First Class Experience Car service at World Subaru is a first class experience. Their facilities are always clean and comfortable with free WIFI, refreshments and bagels in Car service at World Subaru is a first class experience. Their facilities are always clean and comfortable with free WIFI, refreshments and bagels in the morning. I never mind waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at World, which normally is not long (they are very quick with regular maintenance like oil change, etc...) Their mechanics always perform proactive maintenance to make sure your car will keep running smoothly. I recently was able to drive factory tires to almost 90,000 miles because of their diligent work to rotate and monitor them, which is unheard of and a large cost savings. If you do run into more serious problems (which will always happen to every vehicle), their friendly and skilled staff are there to help you and make sure the solution works for you. They have always been fair and done the best they can on price, understanding that repair bills are never easy. I believe you get what you pay for; you get it fixed properly the first time (without multiple trips and rental cars). They always make every accommodation possible for your schedule/convenience. I have been going to World exclusively for 3 years… I was there today… and will continue to take my Subaru to World. Thank you to all of the staff there! More
