Safet approached me in a laid back manner that did not make me feel pressured into making any rushed decision, and answered any and all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, and a great salesman overall. Michael made sure I understood all of my terms and agreements with World Subaru, as well as all of the benefits that come with choosing to do business with them. Finally, Daniella was there to walk me through any features of my WRX that I may need to further understand. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as well. Thank you, World Subaru!!!! However, one person is very out of place and does not fit in: Mike, the finance guy. He was condescending and when you questioned what he was saying (or didn't go for what he was selling), he tried to make you feel stupid. He took the time to explain each step to me and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. I must have asked him a million questions and he was very patient. Mike was there to see us right away, and all the documents needed were ready when we got there. Frankie was super helpful and efficient to go over the finance document.
