I came there without the intention of buying a 2018 STi but I test drove the vehicle, and fell in love with it right away. Rich and Tara that work at World Subaru guided me in the right direction from start to finish. Rich helped me with learning more about the features of the car and the differences between the STi and STi limited. Tara helped me with everything inside the car from electronic areas to the simplest thing of connecting your phone via Bluetooth. After everything was done, I felt a lot better knowing what extras this vehicle had to offer by listening to Rich and Tara. Furthermore, their online services are quick. Make sure you get to speak to Allison G. I spoke to her regarding the STi and we scheduled an appointment within minutes. Instead of simply making a sale, World Subaru and it's associates are there every step of the way and will keep close contact with you after you've already left the dealership. They responded to our Truecars request rather quickly, The sales team, including Kristi Liberti, Glen Miller and Allison Gonzalez worked in unisom, and each responded to my questions quickly, given that I was very busy at work that week and had to communicate with them sporadically through texting in between meetings. I would like to mention their professional demeanor, and the transparent style of communication without resorting to any hard court press type of sales tactics, Glenn Miller was forthcoming and very knowledgeable about all the features of the different trim levels of the Outback. Last but not least, Nicole Sciamarelli, the delivery specialist, did a very clear and to-the-point run down of the myriad of features and their relationships before we drove the car away. It is also worth mentioning that the dealership has a nice vibe, people working their looked calm and happy, which usually indicates a soothing customer experience. Thanks to their upfront transparency, the transaction took only two trips, first one for a test drive and understanding of features, second one to take the car home. We would recommend this dealership to others, especially busy professionals who do homework ahead of time and demand a seamless, transparent and speedy transaction. More

Not your average "car dealership"! Let me start by saying that I have the perception that I will be taken advantage of when dealing with car sales people and car dealerships. Prior to my current purchase, I have only ever, in my 57 years, purchased one car from a dealership. My sales person, Sam Spencer, is not your average car salesman. He really makes you feel he is on your side, as much as he can be as an employee of the dealership. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The dealership was very fair with my two trade-ins and Sam went to bat for me on price. Then onto finance where it's normal to be pressured into taking the extended "bumper to bumper warranty. Not so at world Subaru. Frankie offered the warranty at a very reasonable price. I even took it, the price was so good. Because we arrived at the dealership late in the day on Saturday, everyone, including Daniella, our Delivery Specialist, had to stay late. She did so with a smile. She spent time with us making sure we understood the features of the car and even programmed my phone to work with the car's internal Bluetooth. I returned the following week to drop off one of my traded cars and spent some time with Tara. She gave me a little more training with some of the features of my car. I must say I'm extremely impressed with everyone I've come in contact with over at World Subaru and would recommend them to anyone! More
