He met with us at our convenience, allowed us to test drive the cars we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. Of course, we are delighted with our new Subaru and look forward to enjoying the ride for years to come. In addition, Nicole Sciamarelli explained the ins and outs of our new car perfectly! She spent 30 minutes with us before we drove off the lot. Nicole welcomed any future questions, was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable. It is clear that Subaru provides extensive training and wants to give their customers the best information possible. I feel comfortable knowing that I can drop in and meet with Nicole anytime. She has the owner’s manual memorized! More
