He met with us at our convenience, allowed us to test drive the cars we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. Of course, we are delighted with our new Subaru and look forward to enjoying the ride for years to come. In addition, Nicole Sciamarelli explained the ins and outs of our new car perfectly! She spent 30 minutes with us before we drove off the lot. Nicole welcomed any future questions, was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable. Very "car salesman " experience, so when I came to World Subaru I expected much of the same. I'm happy to report that it was THE best car buying experience I've had. What was different? No pressure, no lying or playing games. The pre-online communication about my interest in a specific car was also impressive. I showed up, the car was there, the price was not only right, but good! $4,000 less than the other dealer that was painful to deal with. They let me take the car for a ride alone to really check it out. Sam, the sales person, was excellent. More
