2nd Legacy from World Purchased a 2011 certified Legacy in 2014 with 30,000 miles. My son just got a job traveling 100 miles round trip to work and wanted to be sure he was safe on the road. So we traded in his 2011 with 73,000 miles for a 2017 Legacy. Best option was to purchase extra miles and extended warranty and not worry about servicing for 3 years. Returned to Dennis who was our salesman 3 years ago. He helped us way the options of getting another used or lease. Nicole was great at delivery with showing us how the car operated and all the technology options. Frankie Lopez was great with the leasing paperwork. Only negative was I thought the car was worth more on the trade in being it was in good shape and all servicing had been done at World Subaru. I had the pleasure of first working with Michelle Ryan who was able to put me in contact with Dan Greco and Shane Henderson to develop a deal for a 2017 Subaru WRX STI. However, Michelle did not only put me in contact with Dan and Shane, but she made sure everything was exceptional during the whole buying experience. She was extremely pleasant to work with and did an exceptional job! Shane and Dan, did an outstanding job on getting everything approved for the purchase of the STI, before I even arrived at the dealership. This was important to me because I live out of state. They went above and beyond what anyone could expect of them. This just should me how passionate they are on making their customers satisfied through the buying experience. Additionally, they contacted me after the fact to make sure everything went well with the overall buying experience. Thus, showing me that their service did not stop at the point of purchase, but it was a long lasting service that I will receive from World Subaru.
