Great Service:) My husband and I have leased 5 Subaru's over the past several years through World Subaru. We have always found our shopping to be minimal hassle and s My husband and I have leased 5 Subaru's over the past several years through World Subaru. We have always found our shopping to be minimal hassle and straightforward. We have since become very loyal to the brand and dealership. Recently, my 2015 Outback would not start due to a dead battery. This is the first time I have ever experienced a problem like this. I called Subaru roadside and within an hour a technician was at my home, restarting my vehicle. When it was discovered the vehicle would not restart a second time the technician suggested bringing my vehicle in for service. I called the service department at World, and they told me I could bring the vehicle in right then and that they would get a loaner car ready for me. I was in and out, and on my way in less than a half hour. That included rearranging car seats for my two young children. The staff was very compassionate, patient, and helpful regarding this .My vehicle underwent a comprehensive check and was fixed by the next afternoon. Upon returning the loaner and reclaiming my car, I was in and out again in minutes. A class act all the way! More
