Excellent experience I went from one dealership to the next and got the same terrible experience -- rushed, intimidated and not taken seriously.... But World Subaru in Tinton Falls, what a difference! I was greeted by the Sales Consultant Girsh Berman who calmly sat me down and asked me what I wanted in a car. Before the test drive he walked me through all the specs and took his time. When we got down to business he was nothing short of professional. He and Shane Henderson the Sales Manager worked closely with me to get me into what I wanted for a price that worked. I closed the deal the following week and I was surprised yet again when the Delivery Specialist, Danielle Brisindi a kind, enthusiastic young woman showed me all the specs before driving away. I seriously dread going into a car dealership but I can honestly say my experience at this World Subaru was nowhere near dreadful or intimidating. I would highly recommend! More

Purchased an Outback 2.5i Touring I made an appointment with these guys for a test drive and was seen as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly and incredibly thoroug I made an appointment with these guys for a test drive and was seen as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly and incredibly thorough and efficient. I had to bring my 16 month old baby with me and everyone was very patient despite the fact that I have a very busy toddler. After purchasing, the detailing and prep for my new car took 10 minutes. After that Daniella walked me through all of the features and was very sweet and great at explaining all of the details. I live almost an hour and a half away and if I still live within driving distance when I want a newer Subaru in 15 years when I give mine to my son, I will gladly drive back to this dealership. More

Our first Subaru! We had been researching a lot online about the new 2017 Subaru Impreza. We had been previously in email contact with Alli Mendez of Sales who was high We had been researching a lot online about the new 2017 Subaru Impreza. We had been previously in email contact with Alli Mendez of Sales who was highly recommended to us by Rudy Degaetano of the Service Team. So today we finally went to see Alli and she walked us thru everything we needed to know regarding the 2017 Impreza. She took all the time needed to answer all our concerns. She made us a very good offer on the 2017 Impreza that we previously had researched on Kelly Blue Book's website. We had a price in mind and she went the extra mile to come very close to what our research concluded as a fair market price. We then closed the deal! She was a pleasure to work with! We then had a very nice experience with Mike Warnock of Finance. Mike also took the time to work with us and explained all about Subaru's extended warranty program. Finally we met Daniella Brisindi who was our Delivery Specialist. She took the time to explain everything there was to know about the cabin controls inside the Subaru.
