He was energetic, patient, and supportive of our needs and he helped us decide on the right car for our family. He made our car buying process enjoyable and seamless. Daniella Brisindi did an excellent job explaining the features of our new car and made sure we were ready for the road. I will never go to another Subaru dealership after such wonderful service and an all-around excellent car buying experience. More

I have to say that it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. World Subaru has a ton of inventory. As such, they have very aggressive pricing. My salesman, Sam Spencer, knew the product well and offered me a price I couldn't pass up. Paperwork was fast also. World Subaru has a few delivery specialist who are extremely knowledgeable. I was fortunate to get Nicole. My new Forester has many electronic options that I was not familiar with. She really took her time explaining everything to me. Also, she encouraged me to call her with any questions I might have going forward. Again, I'm glad I chose World Subaru. More

I just felt comfortable the first time I met him. He took his time and I purchased the car because of him. The next person I met was Nicole. From day one she always took her time to explain what my car can do for me. There is another young person who works with Nicole who has helped me also. The service people have also been just great. He was super nice and made sure to explain everything along the way. He made us feel very comfortable when asking questions. Of course we were more than thankful for his assistance in every step. He ultimately found the car of our dreams! Nicole guided us on how to use our car's technology and she couldn't have been any nicer! This is my second Subi and 2nd time buying from Grish, ..you dont go back to the same guy if your first time was bad.. He's great. I told him what i wanted and he and Shane searched all over to get the exact Forester i wanted. He was very accommodating, dont know how many of you have ever went car shopping with your wife and a 2 1/2 year old. well not super easy.. When my wife showed up baby was asleep so Grish showed my wife the car while i waited in my old car with the baby.. just great service.... He and Shane found the car i wanted and shane worked the numbers to make me happy. Grish also took care of all my insurance stuff making sure when i picked up the car i'd be all ready to go The car came in a day later and Daniella went over everything and more about all the features of my new forester. Now here comes the part that i found really cool. There is a feature on this car that allows me to lock the keys in the car and use a code to unlock.. I have no idea why noone does this.. i surf, climb, snowboard and hike and dont want my keys on me. Daniella was so nice in making sure that this feature was working before i left ... trust me this is no easy feat.. it took her and Joao over an hour to get it to work. i was so excited when it worked. thanks so much for all your hard work and making sure i got everything i wanted.. There will always be a subi at my house and i will always buy from Grish. Very Happy Customer Andy More
