He makes you feel comfortable and answers all the questions and concerns we had. Mr Spencer is and main reason we are returning customers plus the quality of the vehicle is always great. Nicole was very helpful and took her time to explain and show us how to use the various equipment that came with the car. she explained the upgrades in the car and how to use the various functions. My Salesman Glen M I called around/made e-mail contact with several Subaru dealerships in the Central Jersey area. World Subaru had the best service. My Salesman Glen Miller, was very good about getting back to me in reference to my questions. The lease/paperwork process was the fastest I had ever experienced as Glen had done a lot of the "footwork" prior to me arriving at the Dealership. Then there was my delivery specialist Daniella Brisindi. I'm 61 and to say my technical skills are less than average would be an understatement. She took the time to thoroughly explain the various functions of my new car. She was patient when a couple of questions were repeated by me . More
