She explained all aspects of the the car, such how to control the radio, how to connect her phone to the car how to control the numerous controls that was in this car that was not in my wife's previous car, also a Subaru. Ms. Brisindi was the most informed of any specialist that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She left no stone covered up. explained the working of all the controls of the car on both the dashboard and steering wheel that my wife has had no problem either setting them or controlling them.
