If a friend were to mention going here I would beg them to head over to a different Subaru dealership, and not even consider this one. The only good thing this dealership had done for us was lend about 5 loaner cars within 3 months due to the lemon that they sold us. Ha! forget about being excited about buying the car, (which we were at first) the first weekend that we took the car anywhere it over heated. Granted this was a CERTIFIED USED SUBARU we bought it for around 7,500 and ended up putting about 4 grand into it and now 4 months later (a couple days ago) my Fiance and I were so sick of it that we purchased a Honda. We are planning to sell the car on craigslist and only looking at about half of what we bought for it. Not gonna lie, I love Subarus in general, they are great cars but in the back of my mind I can't help but think of what this car and this dealership had put us through. P.S. they did about a grand's worth of work on our car without our permission. They will be hearing from a lawyer soon. More

Right from the beginning I knew they were different that all the others I had worked with previously. I told Michael what I wanted, model color and options and he found them in inventory. One visit to work out the details and a second visit to pick them up. We worked with Nicole on learning all the new technology during delivery and she knew everything about the car. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is tired of the same old consumer experience with other dealerships. More

The friendly and effective Nina had computer problems and a busy workshop and still got me in and out of service with a loaner in under 15 minutes. She made sure to check my warranty to cover the cost of the auto starter which was a really happy surprise for me and accommodated my schedule for a seamless experience. Way to go, Nina! More
