easy as 123 We went in early and we were the only ones there... we were greeted without pressure and told to look around. We did, we were not sure which model we wanted so,within minutes John brought both a Forrester and an Outback up front so that we could take both for test drives.. We decided on the Outback and started the purchase process immediately. No haggles, no nonsense just. We were so pleased with the process we decided to purchase 2 Outbacks. John did all the work, called our insurance and all. The paperwork process takes some time, so while we were waiting, we enjoyed some delicious coffee and bagels. We then went in to the Finance office, discussed, chose and signed extended warranties...with Mike (about a 10 minute process), Then Daniella did a great job showing us the ropes by reviewing all the features of the car and setting up our Bluetooth. Next we drove away in our brand new cars very happy campers!!!! More

My second was this last week when we returned to World to find a new family vehicle. We were looking for a CPO that would be good in bad weather, was highly rated for safety, and was something my newly-turned-16 year old can use as her "training" vehicle. We came in thinking Outback, but in the end decided that a Forrester was the perfect vehicle for our family. The team at World were excellent, especially since we started out with a disconnect. In the end Mike, Sam and Shane did everything they could to make things right and to ensure that they lived up to the reputation I had come to expect for this community-focused local business. I am very happy with our purchase and expect to be working with the team for many years to come. More
