Suberb Buying Expereince Visited the dealership trying to decide between an Outback and Forester. Left a deposit, signed the contract but delayed our pickup for two days while contemplating our finance options. Two days later we picked up the car. Delivery specialist Nicole Sciamarelli did a great job going over the features of the car - patient as I had her go over some of the features twice. In and out of finance quickly (didn't add anything on) although I listened to the sales pitch. Again, highly recommend Sam to work with during your buying experience. More

Not only is Sam a great sales representative, he made the paperwork go so smoothly that our major purchase was nearly stress free, Nicole was very helpful in explaining all the Forester features and in setting up all our Bluetooth and radio stations. And Michael Warnock guided us through the finance and service options clearly and patiently. We know we are going to love our new Subaru and when we bring the Forester in for service it will be nice to greet this excellent and professional team again. More

Stress Free I pulled into the Subaru dealership and it was Tim Stewart who asked if needed help . Nicole Sciamarelli then took me out to the car showed me the features the car had to offer and set up my blue tooth for me. All in all great experience and I did not feel pressured or stressed out while there. More

We started in the rear, spare tire location, hatch size, length of space with 2nd row folded, sat in 2nd row seats good leg room, seats also recline. Sat up front (each side), checked under the hood. Roof racks stow to eliminate wind noise. No more questions from us, Alli pointed out the extras on this model due to the trim package. She asked us what we wanted in the vehicle, went thru the Outback brochure and found the Premium trim contained all we wanted. At this point color was all that we could not decide on. Left and returned in four days to order our Outback, not available in our color and trim. Up steps Shane Henderson, checks the months shipping from Subaru to World and finds one vehicle for us. It contains more than what we wanted. Recommends we put a deposit on vehicle to show it has been sold and World could request the extras be removed/deleted. We did they did 20 days we picked up our Outback. Alli had gone over the vehicle to ensure our order was correct. The paper work was completed including our extended warranty which took more time as we decided what we wanted with no rush, and " do you understand, any questions ". ( Thank you ). Nicole has us in tow to go thru our new Outback. She had us sit in the driver's seat and adjust everything to our comfort, connected our cell phone and showed us how to use the cargo cover and stow it in the area above the spare tire. and "any questions".
