Mike Lomazzo in Management is my go to person each time I buy a car at World Subaru. He is fair and makes sure the buying experience is a positive one. Gene in finance was easy to work with. New Car Purchase My wife and I were in the market for a new car, and having gone through World Subaru for all of my previous car's maintenance I decided to give them t My wife and I were in the market for a new car, and having gone through World Subaru for all of my previous car's maintenance I decided to give them the first chance to sell me a new car. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. Mike Marquand was our sales rep, and did an excellent job talking everything over with my wife and I. He was reasonable with the final sale price, and showed us plenty of options. Shane Henderson, did an amazing in the final hour in helping us come to an agreement on the trade-in price of my original car. Mike and Shane were very patient, and answered all of our questions. They were dedicated to our needs. Lastly, Nicole Sciamarelli, was very knowledgeable in all the details of our 2017 Forester. She was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. There is a good chance my wife and I will come back to World Subaru for her next car in a year or two. For the time being I will continue to use World Subaru for all my maintenance needs. We went to compare a Mazda CX-5 versus If you're sincerely shopping for a Subaru and actually want/need to compare vehicles, this is the place to go. We went to compare a Mazda CX-5 versus a Subaru Crosstrek and we decided on the Subaru Crosstrek. I extremely happy with how fast we were able to purchase a vehicle in a short amount of time. I personally have to remove half a star because of how far this dealership is from where we live and with a 10-month old, it was a very difficult trip to coordinate. The second reason why I had to remove another half star is that I felt somewhat unappreciated almost like an uninvited guest to a party. (This is a two-way street - we are not the best customers/clients, because we arrived late in the afternoon on a Monday, had brought a young infant, and were not completely decided on buying a vehicle in that moment - it was just a completely different atmosphere from my favorite dealership who always manages to treat us as if we are no bother at all.) More
