Had a slight issue upon delivery of the car but it was handled by Tim and all others in a professional manner and the issue was rectified then and there. During the waiting time to fix the problem Tim stayed with me never seeking another customer. I was the important person and I felt that way. When the car was ready Daniella took over the " Get to know all about your car" Wow, what a time. We spent over an hour going over every aspect of the Outback and there are so many! She was patient and actually fun to be with. You would think that she went to school to study this highly tech advanced vehicle. By the end of the time I thought I had grasped about half of what she showed me. Later, at home trying to show my wife all the features that I realized that I was just a little too confident.
