Salesman Austin let me drove the exact model and color of the car we wanted, and we took that car home the same day. The price we paid was fair and no hidden add-on. Mike Warnock is exceptional with the finance end and Daniella Bisindi does an outstanding job explaining all the cars features. He took care of everything including calling my insurance company and informing them of my change in car to be insured. New, temporary papers were quickly printed out and the transaction was complete. I would visit this dealership again and would certainly ask for Girsh. I had a terrible, unethical and sloppy experience at both Toyota and Honda and am very glad I chose Subaru for leasing. Following this, Daniella Brisindi tutored me on the operation of the car. She was very pleasant, patient and well informed on the Legacy. She also told me to contact her anytime with questions and I believe she meant that. I'm not technical at all so I'm sure she'll be seeing me again!!! More
Quick make a deal...but don't expect reasonable service This dealership was very quick to make a deal. In fact they gave me a "unbeatable deal just to close the deal that day"(words of the finance manager). This dealership was very quick to make a deal. I purchased a "CPO" Subaru and once I got it home realized that the headliner was sagging in the back. Could go into how the deal I was offered wasn't on a CPO car because I had to purchase the proper warranty for about $2,200 after the unbeatable car price, so he swindled me there. So fairly annoyed I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. They said they could fix it but had to order the parts, not a big deal. After approximately a month of waiting for said parts I decided to call and see what was taking so long. I was told that the parts came in a couple of days after I had been to the dealership and I was called and told the parts were in. This was not the case at all, never received any type of phone call. A week after that incident I tried too call my sales rep and she never got back to me, I then tried to call the finance manager and he never got back to me. So basically they are quick to take my money and slow to provide any needed services afterward. They also held my registration so long that the one I had expired and I HAD TO CONTACT THEM to see if they had it. Once again they said it came in a couple days after I purchased my vehicle and they never even tried to contact me to say that they had it. Good thing I didn't get pulled over with an expired registration! Needless to say I could go into how long they held my car to replace the headliner(4 days) and that they didn't contact me to make me aware of what was going on that day that I took the car in, I had to contact them six and a half hours later to find out that the parts sent were "broken" and they had to put me in a loaner car for a period of time to wait for the parts. And once I finally got my car back, lets just say the workmanship was crap to put it lightly. More

This is the third car I have leased from Sam at world Subaru and he made my experience very comfortable. If you are reading this I urge to go and talk with Sam Spencer at world Subaru and he will also make it confortable for you also. The car I leased was ready way before I was ready for delivery. But before I took the car Daniella Brisindi came out to my wife and I and explained the whole car to us. I can't believe all the options my car came with and now using them I am finding them easy to use thanks to Daniella. And yes I would go back to World Subaru again for a pleasure leasing experience. The staff there was quite friendly and they weren't pushy (not like the Honda dealership I went to). Melissa Justiano (who is new) was my salesperson and was very helpful finding the vehicle I wanted within a day (since it wasn't on the lot). I would recommend World Subaru to anyone. More
