It was in their lot the next day. I had a 2006 Subaru Forrester and drove out with a 2016. The Forrester has changed a great deal; all for the better. Daniella Brisindi (Subaru Specialist) walked me through all of the new features involving the touch screen and many other components of 2016 model. Simply the best! Upon my first visit, I was warmly greeted by Josh. He quickly identified my needs and handed me the keys for a test drive. This was after I made him aware of my situation where I had to get out of my current lease before I can even talk numbers. He didn't rush me out of there just because he knew he wasn't going to get the business that day, if ever. Josh took his time explaining everything to me and even ran some numbers for me knowing I was not in a position to make a deal. A week or so later, I was able to get out of my lease and of course I chose to go back to World Subaru over the multiple Subaru dealers that were closer to me and that I had visited. I gave Josh a call back, explained that I would be able to lease a Subaru, and he got back to me immediately with a great deal, and the GM, Joe Wajda, even went to great lengths to secure the color of my choice despite the only one on the lot being sold the day I called back. Today, I am a proud owner of my first Subaru, and I am so glad I gave my business to this classy World Subaru dealer. From start to finish, I was helped by honest, genuine, and competent people. There was never any pressure, instead just real strong information about options and pricing. All options were discussed, leasing vs buying, which level Forester, accessories, etc. to buy. JR was responding to my texts and emails throughout those days - there was never any interest or need going to any other dealership, even though 2 dealerships were closer, it just didn't make sense. Nicole was awesome with some us the many details of the electronics! In a field loaded with hard-driving Sales guys, the World Subaru Team is on their game. I will absolutely recommend the World Subaru to my friends and family. More
