I was amazed at the efficiency and professionalism I received during the whole transaction of the purchase. Sam was extremely honest and took the time to understand my needs during the purchase. He explained every aspect of my transaction and responded to my calls & questions in a timely manner. He is totally respectful and made me feel confident during my purchase and for any future issue or concerns that may arise. I will definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a Suburu whether finance or leasing. In addition I would like to say that the finance manager Mike was very helpful. He showed me everything that was purchased & explained each charge to me in a consumer friendly way, I did not feel pressured and was able to understand the contract in each area. I was so pleased and confident about the way he took his time to explain all of my options in the purchase. I also bought an amazing warranty with GAP & Tire protection. So now I feel totally secure with my purchase, because I plan to keep the car for a long time and wanted the extra security. Upon the delivery of the I was shown how to use many features of the Outback by Nicole Sciamerlli. She took her time and had patience to make sure when I left the dealership I can ride away with comfort and considering the temperature hit the high 90's, Ms. Nicole still remained eager to show me exactly what I needed to know. She gave me her business card and said if there is anything I need to know she can be reached without delay. She advised me that I will be returning to pick up my plates and to schedule a "Love-Encore" visit to further explain any questions and how to truly interact with the car. So in conclusion, considering I went on my own and not with my family as I have always did in my past auto purchases, I left the dealership happy, enthusiastic to return but most of all confident with the purchase I made. World Suburu was excellent and I cannot wait to go back. They "ROCK". Great job everyone, you made me very happy.. More

I called to schedule a test drive, and upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Alli Mendez. She quickly brought the car around front and went over various aspects of the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable. A short test drive later, and we finalized the deal. After Alli finished off the paperwork and I had the keys in hand, she brought me to Daniella Brisindi, who specializes in customer service. Daniella brought me to my car and happily walked me through various driver features (seat adjustment, radio, temperature control, etc.), and even showed me where the spare tire was located. I set my favorite radio stations and headed for home. I had a very enjoyable and friendly experience, and got a good deal on the car. More

Five Stars I was in search of a new car and was always a fan of Subaru so I decided to stop by World Subaru. Prior to stopping by, I did my homework and found th I was in search of a new car and was always a fan of Subaru so I decided to stop by World Subaru. Prior to stopping by, I did my homework and found the model that I was most interested in (Impreza). My father referred me to Tim Stewart, whom he had purchased a 2015 CrossTrek six months prior from. Tim was very professional, personable, patient and I never felt any pressure to have to purchase the car. I explained to Tim that I was working with a budget and after some work, Tim ended up giving me a great deal on a new 2016 Impreza that I couldn't pass up on. Tim exemplifies what real customer service is and sets the bar of what it should be. THANK YOU TIM!!!! More

Even with the Costco discount at another dealership World Subaru came in lower and gave us more. Its not just the money they were professional and very patient. Tim Stewart our Sales Consultant (timmys@worldfamilyautos.com) and Shane one of the managers worked very hard to locate the exact car we wanted. They had many models available but we wanted a specific model, color and certain accessories. Within a day we received a call the car was on its way to Tinton Falls. The car was perfect. Very happy we chose this dealership and was referred to Tim from a friend. Tim was personable, energetic, patient and really took the time with my daughter to ensure she was comfortable with the deal and happy. When the car arrived he spent a long time going over every detail of it so we knew how everything worked. More
