He wasn't pushy at all, didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't explicitly tell him we wanted and was overall, a delight to deal with. When visiting the service department, Girsch will see us and stop by to stay hello and ask how we are and if we are enjoying our vehicle. He is a great!!! I recommend him to everyone we know! The Service Department as a whole is AMAZING!!! They all are very nice and always say hello and take care of you as soon as you walk in. A great group of people! In the service department, Nancy Miller is awesome! She is professional, caring and thorough. She has great customer service!!! We look forward to seeing her when we go in for service on our Subaru. She has helped us with last minute appointments as well as Jessica who is great too! They all make us feel welcomed no matter what day it is. We live 1 1/2 hours away and there are a few Subaru dealerships in the area but NONE come close to World Subaru!!! It really is worth the drive and we will ALWAYS use World Subaru! Great Job! More

Timmy Stewart and Britton Crandell = Awesome! I ended up having to purchase a new vehicle from Lester Glenn over a year ago, when my truck, a 2002 Ford Explorer, died on me. I hated my Hyundai. It was a newer car, which was great, but it was not an SUV. I felt like the purchase was forced, where I did not have any time to even look at my options. I still owed on my Hyundai but I did not want to drive it anymore. It drives horrible in the snow and I felt like I needed a safer car. I did not care that I would be taking a loss with a vehicle that I will enjoy driving. It was time for a Subaru! My fiance' is a Subaru owner and I love his car. He purchased from World Subaru as well and loves his car. I learned that a friend of mine from high school worked here, Timmy Stewart, and so I asked him for his help. We were looking at SUV's at first, but when I realized how much more I would be paying, I ended up being okay with another sedan as long as it was AWD. Britton also went to high school with me, and he ended up helping with the internet research when I first found the 2010 Subaru Impreza I ended up buying. The purchase, all in all went smoothly. I ended up adding an extra warranty for only a couple bucks more to my payments a month, to better protect my older car. I was happy with the end result. Timmy was super attentive, where he worked with me and helped me with any issue I had with the car while I was checking it out. He will be my go to man for my future purchases! I longed for the positive experiences I had with 'my' Subaru dealer, Nitti's Subaru in Hamilton Square, NJ. Unfortunately, since Nitti's closed up shop I have suffered through a couple of typical car dealers - aggressive, dishonest, minimal product knowledge, tell you anything, lie to you about everything, well I'm sure most of us have run into the type. The only good thing I can say about them is that they sold Subarus. On to the positive. World Subaru is fairly convenient to my place of work, so I decided to give them a try. My salesman, Grant Carroll, was professional and knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. No pressure, no false claims, no attempted intimidation, just a sound, straight-forward and friendly encounter. We made a deal on my first visit, he located the car I wanted, and it was delivered shortly thereafter. I could not help but think that I had found the latter-day Nitti's, and that is a VERY positive comment coming from me. Everyone I met at World Subaru was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
