Sam has stayed in contact with us since our first time at the dealership three years ago. He provided guidance on when to turn in and get the next lease. We will always stay in contact with him as we wait for the new 2025 Forester. He is a most valuable asset to your organization and look forward to maintaining our relationship with him. I knew the car I wanted -- a used Forester Wilderness model. Had done research on pricing, found one I liked on the World Subaru website and made an appointment for a test drive. George Notte helped me model. Had done research on pricing, found one I liked on the World Subaru website and made an appointment for a test drive. George Notte helped me -- was friendly, helpful and funny. I'd just moved here and hadn't owned a car for years so had no insurance and an out-of-state license. None of that was a problem. He let me do the test drive alone, found an insurance agent, got registration started. Ron (last name?) in the finance office finished it up, suggested extended warranty choices but didn't twist my arm. When I came in to pick up the car five days later, a very friendly Tara Mullins showed me every detail of the dashboard and added a lot of local information about restaurants and places to see. I was very impressed with how it all went. More
