Friendly uncontrolling I was looking for a reliable new car, and Subaru was at the time not thought about. I had my mind set on a truck. But in looking and reviews of the trucks that were affordable became a bit dismayed over the reviews of them, and thought, at least a car that could handle well on snowy roadways in the short wintry season we have. Subaru has a long-time honored reputation of making a vehicle that lasts, and when researching prices found them to be quite competitive with other vehicles of same style. Reading those reviews explicitly for the Crosstrek, they were favorable and convincing and worth the look. Told to be a bit smaller than the Outback but within a reasonable price range. Similar to the H Fit ad Rav4, and others of the like, its sleek features for stylish. The sales agent I" worked with Safet Salaj was more than obliging to listening to my preferences and assisted me greatly with first choice of a manual drive, ( as I've been driving with shift for 20 years) and was convinced in the automatic model which has a manual drive feature. He was friendly and personable and listened to my past auto owner experiences and was sure Subaru and the XVCrosstrek would meet my approval. his assurance did not seem fake or rehearsed, but very sincere, and had no reason to challenge his integrity. I haven't met all the staff, but walking around the showroom giving a nod and an "hello" , I was greeted with polite gestures, which did make me feel comfortable and at home. I'll stay for a cup of coffee. World Subaru is my choice for any future auto needs, but hope fully wont need a replacement vehicle any time soon More

We had a very picky order in terms of wants/needs Was very pleasantly surprised at the ease of purchasing my first Suburu from Girsh at World Suburu. We had a very picky order in terms of wants/needs etc. Girsh must have gone back and forth to the management half a dozen times looking for what we wanted. They must have made twice as many phone calls. On top of that they came down to a price that I was very happy with (better than expected honestly). Girsh was no-pressure, and very laid back. In fact the first time we were there, we met him, took a test drive, and then left. We test drove a few other cars. We came back and looked for him and he delivered what we wanted. The management was great as well. They said they could get the car that day (i was expecting a few days being that we wanted a Limited with a certain package). But an hour and a half later it was at the dealership. All in all, it was a great experience and will likely ship there again in the future. More

I was out of the dealership in 2.5 hours sign sealed and delivered. Dan Greco was very laid back and honest. Did a great job with a demanding customer. Made the experience stellar. The only suggestion or improvement I would give to the management is to ask the customer to opt out of the "warranty upsell". This will help speed up the process and not lessen the customer experience right before delivery. More
