Through a follow up call with Kristy, I set up an appointment to explore purchase / I found World Subaru online as I looked for my 4th Subaru Outback. Through a follow up call with Kristy, I set up an appointment to explore purchase / leasing options, and to see what vehicles they had in stock that met my needs. From the time I drove in to the dealership , it was clear that this was a well run organization, staffed by people who were happy to be working there. After an initial consultation with General Sales Manager Mike Lamazzo, who provided solid advice on what I should consider, I was referred to Sales Associate, Girsh Berman. Girsh skilully guided me through the car selection and leasing process and proved to be, not only a seasoned sales professional, but also a genuinely nice person. He was truly interested in my being a very satisfied customer, in every step of the process. He did this so well that I now feel that I have a friend in the auto business. While there, I saw this experience being repeated throughout the sales room. These folks really care about their customers and love the cars that they sell. (i didnt even mind waiting bc I liked the open environment, everyone was doing something, and my sales guy Glen, was cool and down to earth- I felt like i was buying a car from a friend, he sat me down, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived, we took care of the deal beforehand on the price and some leasing stuff, we blitzed thru the papers-he explained all the important stuff, and didnt force one thing out of me. In. Out. Quick. "any questions? Call me here, dont forget you have this this and that, and if any problems, call/come back and ill take care of it." Shows me the car, and then I spoke with the final guy (finance manager and took care of payments) and we left. Great! Love the car, cant wait to send refferals to glen "J.R" miller. Love that he got me a manual impreza while noone had one in stock and everyone else kept giving me the "when can you come in?" runaround.
