Great Sales guy among crooks My Salesman, Glen Miller, was AWESOME. As a previous WRX owner, I'm a car enthusiast and Glen knew exactly how to handle my new car. Called me as soon as the car arrived, put it away in the back so that no one would touch it, except when it had to be detailed. He made sure the front bumper was not drilled for the license plate. Experience with Glen was great! My issue is with the people in the back - Finance guy (Mike Warnock). This guy has to be one of the most dishonest people at this dealership. The guy can't be trusted, never responds to emails or phone calls unless he's hounded. He was not clear or concise when explaining the warranty during the purchase. The guy just threw numbers at me like he did with the other negative reviews posted earlier. The experience would have been better if he gave reasons as to why he was offering a service/warranty instead of just skimming through it all as fast as possible. For example, WINDOW ETCHING should not be done without the approval of the customer. I had to read through all the paper work when I got home without all the pressure. Once I was able to understand all the services/warranty I purchased, I requested to cancel a portion of the warranty (Etching/Tire Care) the following day. Conveniently enough, credit was applied at a prorated amount 2 months after the effective cancellation date, instead of the full amount from the date originally requested. I'm feeling very uneasy about going back to get service done to my car if this is the kind of treatment and experience I've had so far with this dealership. More

I just bought a certified used 2014 Impreza and could not be happier with the service I received. Melissa Mednick was very responsive online and helped me set up an appointment to meet a salesperson at the dealership. Shane Henderson was a very friendly, laid-back salesman, who took me on a test drive of the car and explained to me all the details and options on the vehicle, and answered all my questions about this year's model. He had the car washed, detailed, and ready for me to see in its best condition so I could make my final decision. Mike Warnock, the business manager, was very informative with the warranty options and didn't try to pressure me when I was satisfied with just the factory/certified warranty, and together with Shane, he helped me figure out a downpayment/financing plan that worked best for me and my monthly budget. I am very pleased with the high degree of service and professionalism of the staff at World Subaru, and I highly recommend working with them. More

No pressure, all facts and no runaround. Sam was our sales employee but all the other employees were engaging and friendly. Great car buying experience I had limited time to car shop so I used the internet to do most of my footwork. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Most dealers wanted me to come in to take a test drive and "talk". One place I went to tried to use pressure selling tactics on me, asking why I didn't want to buy a car after one test drive and one offer from them. That left a bad taste and I wasn't too pleased. Just when I was about to settle and see another dealer, Frank Salamone from World Subaru sends me an email stating that he had the vehicle I was looking for and said that he could give me the price I wanted. I was stunned and wary. It almost sounded too good to be true, but he sent me a scan of the window sticker and I called him to verify. I went there and lo and behold it was true. They had the car I wanted and I wouldn't have to order it and wait 7 weeks or so. To top it off, he actually came in on his day off to help me out and not pass me off to another. Frankie was honest and straightforward when dealing with me. I can not praise him enough. The folks at World Subaru were friendly and great people. If you need to buy a car, give World Subaru and Frankie a call, visit or email and they will take good care of you. More

He listened to everything I said I wanted and could afford in a vehicle, and he made it happen! Finance didn't hassle me with back-n-forth vehicle price bargaining like the other dealerships. They provided a relaxed, friendly, trustworthy environment from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle. I drove off feeling happy with my new Outback and with the whole World Subaru experience! More
