Out of state buyers beware! During the close of the sale in July, their finance manager Michael told us the fee out of state registration and title is $500. When I questioned it, knowing it shouldn't be more than $200, Michael told me that they charge a flat $500 to every out of state purchase because some states cost more than others, and that we should most likely receive a check back for the difference of the actual cost. Four months later, still no check so I started calling and emailing to try and find out why. After a couple weeks, thir GM Joe finally replied and said thir cost was $500 exactly. Apparently the company they used TnT title & tags, charges $250 for the registration and $250 for a service fee. This is obsurd. Talking with Haldeman Subaru in Trenton, they only charge $225, and said you most likely would get some back as most PA registration and titles only cost about $150. They said it's illegal to profit off Pa registration, however someone at World Subaru knows TNT is and doesn't seem to care. Also to note, they charge $699 for doc fees at World, where other dealers like Haldeman are about $400-450. More

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Outback XT from George Notte at World Subaru on 10/17/23. George was a true professional. He was always kind and put me at ease when I asked him to see the same car again so I could make sure it was the right one for me. George realized that I have a physical disability and went so far as to bring cars from the back of the lot upfront to me so I didn't have to walk around the field of cars. When it came time to sign the paperwork, I was introduced to Mike Warnock. Most people feel very anxious when entering the F&I (finance & insurance) office. Mike helped me feel calm during these final steps of my purchase. He explained many options for financing my car and presented the different extended warranties available to me. So, it's time to get in my car and go, right? No, before I ventured out on the streets in an unfamiliar car, Tara Mullins came outside with me and went over all of the features of my Outback to help me acclimate to my new best friend, my blue Outback. In closing, my purchase experience at World Subaru was excellent. I will recommend them to my friends and family. More

As the finance officer she clearly explained each document we were signing as well as the pertinent protection packages available to us. Finally, Tara took us out to the vehicle and explained every detail of the controls, touch screen, and settings necessary to operate our new Subaru Forester Touring SUV. From the moment my wife and I were greeted by Mike, the manager we felt like part of the World Subaru of Shrewsbury Family. I've bought lots of cars in my life and this was my best experience by far!
