Mike helped me feel calm during these final steps of my purchase. He explained many options for financing my car and presented the different extended warranties available to me. So, it's time to get in my car and go, right? No, before I ventured out on the streets in an unfamiliar car, Tara Mullins came outside with me and went over all of the features of my Outback to help me acclimate to my new best friend, my blue Outback.
