I went to get an oil change and an issue checked out with my car. I made the appointment online and requested a loner car. When I got there they gave me a loner, which was good because it took 5 1/2 hours fo my car. I made the appointment online and requested a loner car. When I got there they gave me a loner, which was good because it took 5 1/2 hours for the car to be finished. They were accommodating and had someone switch out the cars at my house. I was not happy on how it was returned. It had garbage in my car and it had a very strong stale smell. When I called them and told them about how it was returned all they said was that they would speak to the employees. I had to air and clean out my car overnight. Their prices are a lot higher than other mechanics. They told me I needed a new axel which I did not and quoted me 2,000 more for an axel and brakes/rotors all around, than two other mechanics in the area. I am very disappointed in the dealership. I bought my car there and got work done before and never had an issue like this. More

I drive quite a distance (and pass other dealerships) from Metuchen to World Subaru to get my car serviced and every time I'm reminded of why it's worth the drive. Devyn made sure to get my service proce from Metuchen to World Subaru to get my car serviced and every time I'm reminded of why it's worth the drive. Devyn made sure to get my service processed in a timely manner; checking in a few times to let me know how far along my car was which I greatly appreciated. She made sure all my paperwork was in order and took the time to walk me through my questions.
