Service desk did not offer coupons at the time of service. The manager said it is on the customer to find the coupons, and it’s against policy for the service desk to offer the coupons. While it was somewhat pricey, the cost was still competitive with other services and they got the job (Subaru rear wheel hub replaceme needed fixing.
