George was great as a salesman, but the back office experience since has been a nightmare. I was a 'cash buyer' because I had financing arranged with my credit union, who would collect title and pay m experience since has been a nightmare. They wouldn't put them on as lienholder (which is weird because World Volkswagen did it for my other car purchased this year) so I'll take a day at DMV. Fine. I went to go get tags and title, I only got tags and was told I'll get title directly from NJ. It's over two months, I have no title, and NO ONE in that area is returning my calls. Starting to wonder if I truly even own the car..... Typical - nice sales force, terrible back office once the deal is done. -- James Ness More
