I have purchased 5 cars from World Subaru, 4 Outbacks and 1 Crosstrek. I keep coming back because the sales, support, and service people are superb. This time Samuel Spencer was my salesperson. His kind, personal attention and caring made the process smooth, easy, and without any stress. There was no pressure or "salesmanship." Sam's approach is to guide the buyer based on what the buyer wants with no "upselling." He even stayed late, days after I bought the car when he really had no obligation to do so, to guide me through setting up my Starlink and MySubaru accounts. Nicole Miller, the customer service specialist, guided me through the orientation process and took so much time to answer my questions and assure that I was familiar with the vehicle. She made sure to set up my car by pairing my phone and setting up all of the car features to fit my needs. She extended herself by giving me her card and number and encouraging me to contact her with any questions any time. I subsequently reached out with a questions about the radio, map, and phone volumes and settings - she responded immediately and took all the time I needed to explain what I needed. In addition to exceptional service and care by Samuel Spencer and Nicole Miller, Rudy Degaetano in the service is fantastic. He is always caring, accommodating, and extremely helpful. In other dealerships (before going to World Subaru) I have had bad experiences with service, not so at World. All of the people are friendly, helpful, and really follow the motto that The Customer is Always Right. I will be buying my next car at World Subaru and will specifically seek out Samuel Spencer, Nicole Miler, and for service needs will be asking for Rudy Degaetano. More

Just had a great experience with Tara. She was professional and hospitable. She put my permanent plates on in 90+ degree heat without a whimper.
