Form the moment I walked in the door and initially met with Dave Garro, to the next day with Travis Foster, to the final meet with Tara Mullins, I was treated cordially and with respect and patience. This has not been my typical car-buying experience. For example, I did not purchase a car the initial day I came in. Dave, knowing he would be off the next day, told me he would give my info to Travis for the next day, which to me meant Dave would not get the sale. The next day I was guided through the buying process and never talked down to. Information was carefully explained without making me feel like it was "dumbed down." For example, without hesitation Travis pulled up the financial application on his computer because I was hesitant to complete it on my smart phone. Tara took much time as she explained all the features in this newer car to me. I have been driving very basic ten-year-old cars, so many features were quite new to me. In summary, these individuals deserve recognition for a job well done. More
Just did my oil change today and reminded them to wash my car as I had free car wash coupon. I suspected car was not washed and ask the desk lady. I swiped my finger on the window Glass and I could see the dirt on my finger. They lied to me and as always give me excuses not to wash my car on every oil change service done there. I would rather go to other dealer for service where car wash is included. More
