From making an appointment, to test drive, to car buying, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Too bad I'm not from there area because I would send anyone I know looking for a car to him. When I came to pick up my car a few days later I ended up chatting with a woman outside of the dealership who happened to be an employee, Nicole. She ended up being the rep who walked me through all the technology in my new car and was so helpful.
