I am particularly happy to see they digitized the car inspection report, no more paper wasting, that’s another progress. Another nice touch to demonstrate Subaru loves our earth. A special shout-out to Alyssa K, who waived my 1st year Oil Change service fee - a VIP program perk I was told no longer offered when I purchased my car, she’s my angel this morning. A big thank you! Once again, I walked out as a happy customer today. More

The employees were great and super nice! However I just brought in my car for a multi point inspection. I bought a car from another dealer just wanted a look over, I was told it would take However I just brought in my car for a multi point inspection. I bought a car from another dealer just wanted a look over, I was told it would take an hour it ended up only 10 mins or so. It ran me almost 200 bucks after taxes plus a shop fee. For a basic look over that’s crazy. The only additional service you guys checked were my actuators which I could verify just work totally fine. I’m a little pissed only for the fact I feel like I was beat. The cost I saw on my phone was 4.27 multi point inspections are typically free. I called twice and they setup an appointment for a “thorough” check mind you again the only additional thing they checked was the actuators. More
