I have been working with this dealership since 2013. It has always been the best around. Sadly the service department has gone downhill. My service advisor, AMANDA, was argumentative and downright no help has always been the best around. Sadly the service department has gone downhill. My service advisor, AMANDA, was argumentative and downright no help dealing with my Ascent. The car was in their shop for 3 days when she called to tell me I could pick up my car. She told me I had to make another appointment since they did not have time to look at 2 of the 3 problems. I asked to work with another advisor as I said we were out of sync. I was told by her that she was the expert and continued on about bringing the loaner car back. As it turns out, the dealership has been sold and there will be no loaner cars for the next 3-4 weeks. Be very wary about AMANDA. Can you say hello Pine Belt. More

From start to finish a pleasant experience. My salesman, R.J, was professional and personable. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. She answered additional questions and personalized all the features of my Ascent to my liking. Michele also gave me a mini notepad from the dealership and told me to write down any additional questions I may have about the vehicle and come back in two weeks so she can answer them. It so happens that Michelle is R.J.'s wife. What a team and dealership! I've bought other cars before but never received service like this! Thank for such a wonderful experience! More
