A few well deserved words of praise Praise for a car dealership? Doesn't seem like thing you'd want to do, does it? And it's certainly something I've never done before. But here goes... Praise for a car dealership? Doesn't seem like thing you'd want to do, does it? And it's certainly something I've never done before. But here goes... After doing my usual extensive research and knowing exactly what I was looking for, (a low mileage, Infiniti G37x) I was a bit surprised to find it online at World VW of Neptune. I went on several estimator sights, plugged in the mileage and usual options, and guessed the condition was "Good". The price seemed pretty fair. When I arrived and checked out the car I was very pleasantly surprised. It had many more options than I'd anticipated, and its condition was not good, it was "Excellent". Now, the price was very, very fair. At this point I was introduced to Dean Desantis, who was the salesman with whom I worked through the process. We took a test drive and was impressed with Dean's demeaner, professionalism and manner. Just a really nice, level headed young guy. No phony back slapping or glad handing, no pressuring to find out how "serious" I was about purchasing, no worn out platitudes like " what do we have to do to put you into this car today?". We talked as we drove about many things, and he answered every question I had about the car. He had no problem with me taking the car overnight to accommodate my mechanic's schedule. (Btw, my mechanics findings? "Buy this car! I looked for an hour and couldn't find one thing wrong with it!". So I did. And the whole process was much more pleasant than any time spent at a dealership has a right to be. So congrats to the whole dealership on the laid back yet professional atmosphere put forth by everyone I came across, sorry I couldn't remember all your names.
