NEW JETTA LEASE Robert Desantis helped me lease my 2016 Jetta. The dealership is comfortable and relaxed, so it's not super stuffy and uncomfortable being there, which seems to translate to the sales people because they all seemed friendly and approachable. I test drove several different brands today so that I could made an informed decision, and this is a big decision!! After leaving to test drive another car, I returned (as he predicted I might), and then left AGAIN for one last check on a car. FINALLY, I returned to Robert so we could talk numbers. My LEAST favorite part of this day. He took my financial information - my budgetary numbers - and was up front about the whole process with me. After visiting Honda in Freehold, where they low balled me for the price of my trade in, didn't negotiate the price of their call at all, and charged ridiculous dealer fees, I decided to take a look at a CR-V that World Volkswagen of Neptune had in stock. It was a great decision, my salesman Robert was very easy to deal with, top dollar was given on my trade in, no hidden costs or excessive dealer fees and no BS tactics to try and make you do the sale right then and there. I was even able to drive off with the car same day and came back with a check several days later! More

But the service courtesy and support I've been getting from Roy ever since is the most outstanding I've ever received. I'm a young nearly 70 year old guy and have had many experiences with dealers and car salespeople The Good... The Bad... The ugly. Roy is in a category by himself. Now usually you never see that person but when I was met within seconds of entering the dealership by Roy and felt welcome from the start she then came and introduced herself which made me feel like that special customer.
