Very knowledgeable about every feature of the car, not pushy, and a pleasure to deal with. After I met with Joesph I sat down with the finance Mgr. Steve Alfano who explained the various programs they offer, and was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a great price with a great experience. Never before have I entered a car dealership where every salespe Recently, I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox at World Volkswagen in Neptune, NJ. Never before have I entered a car dealership where every salesperson or employee I came in contact with was approachable and willing to assist. To name a few employees: there was Earl King who assisted in making sure I received the car I wanted (2013 Chevy Equinox). And Mark Mendez who was instrumental in finding the right bank that supplied an interest rate more pliable to my budget. Now, my experience with Mike Papa was very brief although quite pleasant. Lastly, but not least; there was Leonard Kolomyes, the salesman who sold me the Chevy Equinox. I liked Leonard. Why? He came across to me as genuine because he was not just for himself, but considered sincerely my financial budget. As I had briefly shared with him my financial situation. He was down to earth. He shared with me a little about his life and his future plans. He made me feel comfortable. Leonard directed me to the waiting room inside the car dealership where he invited me to help myself to coffee or tea or soda or bottled water and light refreshments. Moreover, Leonard was courteous with a sense of humor. My experience with him made me feel like we were old buddies shooting the breeze. Not like I was being attacked by a greedy salesman out to make a commission at my expense. To top it off, almost every text or call I made to Leonard or customer service with concerns shortly after purchasing the Equinox was returned. It is for all of these reasons and more I would absolutely recommend World Volkswagen in Neptune to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Came back for Roy Draper and a Dealership "that gets it" My son and I were looking at used cars in the Fall of 2015 when we met Roy. We test drove a vehicle and spoke with Roy for a brief period of time. R My son and I were looking at used cars in the Fall of 2015 when we met Roy. We test drove a vehicle and spoke with Roy for a brief period of time. Roy's customer service style was so different than the average car salesman. Roy's ability to deal with customers in a highly professional manner with "no pressure" style made such an impact on my son and I that we came back to World VW and asked to deal with Roy 6 months later. It is his skill of building a relationship with a customer and not just looking to make a sale that day. I have visited many Car Dealerships from new car dealers to Used Car Operators and I am surprised how many of them still use such "sleazy" attitudes and sales tactics. Well you won't experience that at World VW. This includes the GM (Justin), the Used Car Manager (Jason) and others such as Sean who was able to share with me some specifics on the Used Vehicle that we purchased. This very positive experience is because the whole dealership works as a team. We even experienced this with the Gentleman that "Details" the cars before delivery to a customer. He shared some advice on how to make your car look its best and even went out of his way to give a floor mat some extra cleaning because he thought it could be done just a little bit better. More

This was my first time leasing a car, and after a tremendous amount of research, I headed to World Volkswagen in Neptune, even with another VW dealers This was my first time leasing a car, and after a tremendous amount of research, I headed to World Volkswagen in Neptune, even with another VW dealership being closer to me. I had been communicating with Danielle over the phone after having inquired about a special they offered, and had requested Joseph Scarpino due to a friend’s recommendation. The minute I walked in I was greeted and immediately felt at ease. Everyone was so friendly, and Joe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. Honestly speaking, I couldn’t recommend a better person to buy/lease a car from. No one at this dealership gave off that infamous “car salesman” vibe. The entire time I was there I felt as though they were working to do what was in my best interest, which was (and still is!) an amazing feeling. The entire process was so smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Jetta. I’ve even been stopped while out by someone who was interested in getting the new Jetta, and I couldn’t have recommended Joe Scarpino and World VW enough! More
