Joe was very informative (he really knows his VW's) and gave us information regarding engine comparisons, safety features, CPO warranties, carfax, etc. .We are new to Volkswagen and Joe was very patient and answered all of our questions, The car was in pristine condition, inside and out, and drove really well.
