I was looking for a newer car than the one that I previously owned, and with diligence and patience, I discovered World VWs website and checked out what they had in stock. I have had two other VWs and had finally found "THE CAR" for me. Thanks to Dean and Mark, I was able to continue my love for VW and now have my third one. After a little research, I discovered that their "no haggle" price point for the car was spot on and found the 1.5 hour ride up from South Jersey was well worth it. I would purchase again from World VW in a heartbeat. Deans knowledge and customer service was impeccable. He's a great guy that will help you with nothing but your best interests in mind. I can also say the same for Mark Mendez who helped me with his knowledge and customer service to lock my deal in to get my car as well. I am so glad World VW has such a great staff. Kudos to the staff as well in their service department who have taken care of me so wonderfully!!! Hands down, I will recommend World VW over and over again. Kevin made sure the vehicle was in stock for me and set me up with an appointment. We were welcomed by Roy draper, who worked with us and then some. My mom was a huge stickler but him and the finance manager worked patiently with us to get us the best deal. I highly recommend them. The only thing I would change is they could've been a bit more knowledgable on the car details and features and could've worked to get us a car manual but that's nothing a call to Hyundai couldn't fix.
