Since I mentioned that we would be there in about an hour and a half, he said he would pull the keys so that when we arrived, the car would still be there. When we arrived, not only was the car still there, the minute we walked in, we were greeted by Steven. The buying process was extremely smooth. Didn't feel pressured whatsoever. My mom was a huge stickler but him and the finance manager worked patiently with us to get us the best deal. I highly recommend them. The only thing I would change is they could've been a bit more knowledgable on the car details and features and could've worked to get us a car manual but that's nothing a call to Hyundai couldn't fix.
