After sharing my views on what I was trying to achieve, Roy had a short meeting with the sales manager and returned with the deal outlined clearly line by line. Total transparency and no gimmicks. After confirming the terms of the deal. I said "we have a deal." Ray and I shook hands and within minutes my new car was sitting outside, freshly washed and ready to go. Ray walked me through the car's instrument panel and explained everything I needed to know. The paperwork took less than five minutes. And I was off on the open road in my new VW Passat. More

To the contrary, I chose a model that was less costly than what I came in expecting to buy but that fully met my expectations and is a joy to drive, the Golf GTI Autobahn Edition. I was offered what I thought was a fair price on my trade-in. Don't turn your back on VW because of the emissions cheating - not a good thing to be sure but VW makes some great cars! More
