Patrick and Desiree, Due to circumstances outside of our dealership's control (i.e. insurance) this deal unfortunately did not come together. I can understand your frustration with some of the miscommunications that occurred internally and I apologize for that, as stated many times before. At the end of the day it turned out that the vehicle did not make financial sense for your family once all the variables had laid in place. After three weeks we took the vehicle back at no financial cost to you. Back to a clean slate. I understand your disappointment that the car did not work out; you were by far one of the most excited customers we have ever had to leave with a car. Hi Tracy, It concerns me greatly that you had such a terrible experience at our dealership. Hopefully I am able to clear some things up for you, whether you decide to go in a different direction or come back. Monday, we were very busy due to the holiday, I apologize for not coming over and informing you myself that the vehicle had sold, that was my fault. As far as the car being sold, at the time you were here we had 3 separate people in the showroom on the same vehicle you were interested in, the 2013 Tempest Blue Jetta. One of which was a couple who was already here on the Saturday before, they came back and quickly decided to move forward with their purchase once they saw the attention the vehicle was getting. It is also very important to note that the vehicle was not sold by your Volkswagen consultant Dean to a different customer, that indeed would be very unprofessional. He did ask a couple if they needed help while he was waiting for the final answer, however they did not purchase the Jetta your were interested in nor were they even here to see that car. The car you were interested in was sold by a different Volkswagen consultant to people that were interested in the vehicle and in the showroom before you had looked at the car. Hopefully, you're able to understand the situation a little better as you did not allow much time to explain when you left. Once again, I am sorry you feel as though you were treated poorly and unfair. Now, that I had a moment to explain what occurred with the vehicle you were interested in I trust you are able to understand that the only reason you might have felt the way you did was due to a busy showroom and a lack of time I had to spend with each customer as the manager at the time.
