I found the perfect car, but unfortunately it had a defective rearview mirror. Joe took care of it right away and I had a new mirror. I noticed a scratch on the car and immediately was given a different car (happened to be the same exact model and color). The business manager, Mark, was also great to work with. Overall, an awesome car buying experience. It felt like they wanted to do everything honestly, and the price was great!!!!! More

Flawless!!! Experience was flawless!! I've spent more time in clothing stores than I spent purchasing my Jetta at World Volkswagen in Neptune. They made the pro Experience was flawless!! I've spent more time in clothing stores than I spent purchasing my Jetta at World Volkswagen in Neptune. They made the process so easy! I started a conversation with a Customer Representative through the instant message option on their website. That got the ball rolling. They asked me to come down with our trade in so that they could evaluate it. My husband went their and that appraisal took about 15 minutes. The next day I chatted some more with Sales. I told them what we could afford and they made it happen. The majority of this deal took place over the phone and via email and this saved us so much time!! They have great offers going on right now (including a sweet owner loyalty bonus). We went to their location the next day and were done in about 90 minutes (probably would have been less time if we weren't joking and chatting with our Sales guy). Joe Scarpino was our Sales Rep. He had answers to all of our questions and made the whole trade in/buying process super easy and not stressful at all! Everyone is very relaxed and friendly at this dealership, btw. So far, we purchased 2 vehicles here in 2010 and have come back to lease another this year. I'm sure we will be back for a fourth vehicle transaction within the next year or two, as our other VW is now getting up there in age. More
