Personable, Patient & Helpful I brought my grand daughter in to buy her first car. We chose Neptune after viewing many dealers on line and drove there 2 hrs from PA. Our experience was very very positive thanks to Roy Draper. He took the time to explain everything to my grand daughter, who was very anxious. He addressed her as an adult which made her feel more at ease. Roy could not have been more helpful and patient and worked through all our issues until we were satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. The deal for a 2015 Passat Limited Edition model was done quickly and with no haggling. After sharing my views on what I was trying to achieve, Roy had a short meeting with the sales manager and returned with the deal outlined clearly line by line. Total transparency and no gimmicks. After confirming the terms of the deal. I said "we have a deal." Ray and I shook hands and within minutes my new car was sitting outside, freshly washed and ready to go. Ray walked me through the car's instrument panel and explained everything I needed to know. The paperwork took less than five minutes. And I was off on the open road in my new VW Passat. More
