At World VW I found a salesman - Roy Draper - who took interest in me, treated me with respect, educated me about my choices, and did not try to up-sell me. To the contrary, I chose a model that was less costly than what I came in expecting to buy but that fully met my expectations and is a joy to drive, the Golf GTI Autobahn Edition. I was offered what I thought was a fair price on my trade-in. Don't turn your back on VW because of the emissions cheating - not a good thing to be sure but VW makes some great cars! More

Salesman Joe was great, he was very informative and not pushy. He answered all my questions and got me excited to buy a car. I found the perfect car, but unfortunately it had a defective rearview mirror. Joe took care of it right away and I had a new mirror. I noticed a scratch on the car and immediately was given a different car (happened to be the same exact model and color). The business manager, Mark, was also great to work with. Overall, an awesome car buying experience. It felt like they wanted to do everything honestly, and the price was great!!!!! More
