Dean Desantis Very good experience on the purchase of a preowned Jeep. When we bought the car, the rear bumper and taillight were damaged. They said, "not to worry" Very good experience on the purchase of a preowned Jeep. When we bought the car, the rear bumper and taillight were damaged. They said, "not to worry" and sure enough they fixed it properly. Got it for about $1,600 below market and they took off some of the prep fees. No hassle, just asked and it was so. Not a lot, but enough for a moral victory. Could have a little better follow up from the service department, however a B would be a fair grade. Dean was a joy to buy from. No pressure and totally knowledgable about the dealership. They really do stand behind their VOW vision statement. More
