I recently purchased a used Toureag at World VW. When I walked into the dealership, Roy Draper immediately walked up to me and asked if I needed help. This was actually the second time I inquired about a Toureag and Roy has approached me both times. Roy has a nice laid back approach, but was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though we negotiated back and forth; Roy was never pushy and very professional. I highly recommend seeing Roy for your next VW purchase. More
