The deal for a 2015 Passat Limited Edition model was done quickly and with no haggling. After sharing my views on what I was trying to achieve, Roy had a short meeting with the sales manager and returned with the deal outlined clearly line by line. Total transparency and no gimmicks. After confirming the terms of the deal. I said "we have a deal." Ray and I shook hands and within minutes my new car was sitting outside, freshly washed and ready to go. Ray walked me through the car's instrument panel and explained everything I needed to know. The paperwork took less than five minutes. And I was off on the open road in my new VW Passat. More
