I had researched the vehicle before and obtained an estimate from TrueCar and was able to take a decision immediately after completing the test drive. Roy also helped me to obtain a better trade-in value. The paperwork was handled very quickly and I was able to drive the car the same day. Overall, I was very pleased with the process, the inventory availability and with the dealership. I would certainly get another car from Roy and VW Neptune. More

Easy Process and Friendly Staff I just purchased a new vehicle from Wold Volkswagen of Neptune and was very impressed by how easy the process was, from start to finish. I was greeted I just purchased a new vehicle from Wold Volkswagen of Neptune and was very impressed by how easy the process was, from start to finish. I was greeted by a friendly Roy, who was able to provide the exact vehicle I was looking for to test drive. He provided an excellent test route and allowed my family and I to go for several 'loops' on the route. Having come prepared with my research, I was sold after completing the test drive, and Roy was able to provide several excellent purchasing options, in line with, or even slightly better than, other dealers I had been dealing with over the phone and internet while doing research. The entire process was very smooth, with Roy going above and beyond to make sure I was informed about every aspect of the vehicle and that I was happy with every part of the deal, even throwing in a few extras for the vehicle and for future servicing. Within a reasonable amount of time, I was on my way, having worked with a number of other friendly and helpful staff members, from the business manager to the gentleman who made sure the vehicle was meticulously cleaned and gassed up. This is my first experience with Volkswagen and with this dealership, and I certainly hope it is a great one over the years to come -- but I can only speak to my (brief) experiences so far, and I am very pleased.
