I had no idea that they would literally do all that was necessary for me to drive away the same day, but still I felt obligated to at least view my other options first. After a brief period of checking out two other dealerships, I immediately called them back and told them I was on my way back returning.. They had my paperwork started when I returned. I was overall completely satisfied with the staff. They are very upbeat, service oriented and make you feel like they are old friends who you just havent seen in a while. WOW! What a nice experience. My salesman Nick was very professional. I was looking for a very specific car for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. He was not pushing a vehicle i was not interested in like others but in fact he was very kind and understanding to my needs. When World VW of Neptune received the car that i requested Nick contacted me immediately. To my surprise Nick had found the vehicle I wanted. We came in that same day. When Nick saw us pull up he greeted us with a kind smile and we purchased the car at the same visit. I feel like i was treated fairly when it came to negotiation and price. It was not like the other 20 plus years of car buying experiences I had. I would highly recommend and suggest Nick from World VW of Neptune to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
