I had leased a Passat from World Volkswagon in 2005. Not only did I have eccessive issues with the car, but I received awful customer service. They refused to replace two of the four interior pieces that were peeling claiming that two of the four were caused by exterior factors, claiming that it could be from my nails! As if I clawed at the interior of my car after 6 months of owning it! The air conditioner needed to be replaced after 8 months and not all the screws were out back in. There was constantly an issue with the car and everytime I brought it in not only did they not have a loaner ever but I received an attitude from them as if I were a bother. Recently I went to turn in my lease that had overage mileage and they wouldn't even work with me. The manager was insistent that he wouldn't even work with me until I forked over a check for about $8,000. He talked to me in such a manner as if he were talking down to me. Coincidently all the sales men there were new...can't imagine why!!! I went to Freehold Volkswagon and received impeckable service. Hard to believe that both were Volkswagon dealers. I would never recommend World Volkswagon to anyone, especially when you can drive just a few more miles and receive the service that you deserve as a buyer. What a shame. More
